$350.00 – 3 Bedroom Concrete

Payment to be deposited to the CBA Scotia account # 87965-8704203

Documents Required by CBA:
• Letter from Lending Institution
• Proof of ownership of land where construction is to take place (ie. Land Certificate, Lease, Transfer of Title)
• Location Map showing location of property
• Proof of payment for fees (ie. bank deposit slip)
