Please be informed that Mr. Evondale Moody – Chief Engineer term of office as Interim Director, Building Control Unit of CBA has come to an end as of 12th April, 2024.


We thank Mr. Moody for his one (1) year of service at Building Control Unit of CBA, the Belize Public Service and to the Government and People of Belize. 

Mr. Derick Calles - Senior Executive Engineer, Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing is hereby appointed as Director, Building Control Unit of CBA.
